We look at frequency, time spent, error risk and process stability. If a process is unclear, we simplify it first. We automate only the parts that are repeatable and worth maintaining.
Do you use AI in every automation?
No. Clear rules are more reliable whenever they can solve the task. AI is useful for work such as extracting information from text, categorising content, assisting research or preparing drafts — with human review where errors matter.
Can you improve our existing CRM rather than replace it?
Yes. We first review whether the current system can support the required process. A migration is recommended only when the limitations are real and the benefit justifies the change.
Will our team be able to maintain the workflow?
That is the goal. Relevant workflows include clear trigger logic, ownership, exception handling and maintenance notes. We also create SOPs or handover guides where useful.
