Cancellation policy
Your rights to cancel, and how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Last updated: 20 June 2026
1. Cancelling ongoing services
Ongoing services can be cancelled under the terms stated in the accepted proposal. Unless a different notice period or minimum term was expressly agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Send your notice to contact@linkpulseltd.com.
2. Cancelling or rescheduling project work
If agreed project work must be cancelled or rescheduled, contact us as early as possible. Work already performed and non-refundable third-party costs already approved by you remain payable.
3. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.
Exception: for services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed. If you request that we begin during the withdrawal period, you may be charged for the proportion of services provided up to the point you inform us of your withdrawal.
4. How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. an email) to contact@linkpulseltd.com stating your decision. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will reimburse you without undue delay using the same means of payment you used, unless agreed otherwise. We aim to get things right the first time; if there is ever a problem, we will work with you to resolve it, and refunds are handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
